Handel</span></a> (Rutgers University) and board member <a href="http://www.ten-arquitectos.com/"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Enrique Norten</span></a> (TEN Arquitectos) received the 2009 AIA National Honor Award for     Regional and Urban Design for the Orange County Great Park master plan,     in California. This project also won the 2009 APA National     Planning Excellence Award for Innovation in Regional Planning<span style="font-weight: bold;"> /</span><a href="http://www.lrany.com/"><span style="font-weight: bold;"> Lyn Rice</span></a>(Lyn     Rice Architects) won     the 2009 AIA Honor Awards for Interior Architecture for the Sheila C.
